As a customer of Vanguard, I just received an invitation to participate in a live video webcast with Bill NcNabb, the CEO. The webcast is in the evening and you must register in advance, which is fair.
Why not copy this and facilitate a conversation between your CEO and your customers? It could be quite a valuable learning experience.
