What I Learned in Consulting

While at Sapient, I learned that clients don't want to hear about what they've been doing wrong. They want to learn about results, ideas and see creative ways to move their business forward.

When speaking with sponsors, be sure to have:
- Case studies
- Examples of how you've proved ROI
- Short, focused scenarios of how you can work together to create results
