Smithsonian Web Strategy on Wiki

Wow, I love the Smithsonian's approach in developing a new media strategy. Instead of a few people sitting at their desks and trying to figure this out, they opened the process to the public via wiki, youtube and twitter. This is true innovation and we could learn a lot from this process.
